Another injured kitten from the plant nursery in Loxahatchee, FL 😭💔. They called to tell me that once again, they had found an injured kitten while they were moving a ramp at the packing dock. I got there as soon as I could. Kitten seemed to be in a lot of pain so I decided to take it to ACC so they could check what was wrong. ACC said they would call me once they had determined her medical needs. They gave her pain medicine immediately and gave her supportive care. A couple of hours later, the vet called to say the poor kitten was still in pain, had neurological issues and was not doing well. The vet was going to ask for local rescue but after seeing her deteriorating, she was recommending humane euthanasia. Kitten seemed to have head trauma and legs/back trauma as well. Poor little baby. I agreed to let the kitten go 😢
I feel so sad for that innocent, beautiful kitten. I am thankful she was found when injured and she did not die at the nursery.
The siblings ran away so not sure where they are now. We need to find volunteers to help trap them and the 2 moms that are not fixed.
The three from the other litter are doing ok. They are skinny and not eating well but at least they are safe.

I trapped this very pregnant cat at this same location where orange kittens came from. She gave birth at the TNVR clinic and thankfully, they will keep her and the babies until they start eating on their own. They will fix her and return to me then. It is the best outcome for all of them 💕 It is always heartbreaking to spay/abort but it is the best option in such an overcrowded area. ... See MoreSee Less
I went to return the mom and found 2 more kittens (feeder does not know who gave birth or how many kittens are in the different litters). I was able to get them and I will reunite them with the one I have.
I ended up not releasing the mom because she seemed sleepy. I am going to keep her for now and I will release once she is more alert.

Small kitten at Olga’s house in Gun Club Estates. Seems to have beginning of mange and it has a big tummy. He is probably only survivor of his litter.
Could anyone please trap and take to ACC? I am not able to help.

Anyone has 2 appointments at Peggy Adams for tomorrow? I came to release the mom at the house with orange kittens and there was a pregnant cat and another female. I trapped them because I do not know if I can come back another day. ... See MoreSee Less
