Animal Friends Project of Delray Beach, FL focuses on helping homeless cats in low income areas. We practice TNRM Trap Neuter Return Monitor of community cats. We help sick and injured animals by providing veterinary care and adoption whenever possible.
I am so glad I was able to see this sick opossum in one of the shelters. I thought it was sleeping but then I saw flies all around. He tried to move but was too weak. I was able to put him in a big plastic tote and I took him to Busch Wildlife Center in Jupiter. They said they would try to help him. I just didn’t want him to suffer. I am not sure if it is the same one that sleeps in the wooden shelter or if it is a different one.
I was able to bring 2 female cats for TNVR surgeries at Furry Friends today. I saw so many more unfixed cats on the streets. I hope to fix a couple more next week.
Sweet Weee/Baby loves this box with a blanket. I don’t remember how long she has been with us indoors but we fed her at the clubhouse of our development since 2012. She was spayed by a vet that lived in the neighborhood but she was not being fed regularly when we first noticed her.![]()

We are so happy to have her safe now. We used to worry about her when it rained or it was cold since we never knew where exactly she slept. We would only see her very late at night when we went to feed her.
